Finite element and virtual element library with support for polytopic elements.

This is still a work in progress, and there is no guarantee.

The libraries used by PTEMS may use other licenses. Notably, two libraries are included with the PTEMS source Triangle and TetGen, which contain licenses which are ONLY valid for private, research, or educational use; i.e., NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE (unless permission is obtained from the respective copyright owners).
